At School Dost, we strive to provide the best possible experience. However, we understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for our SaaS products.

1. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your School Dost subscription at any time. To cancel, please email us at support@schooldost.com or use the cancellation option in your admin dashboard.

Notice Period: We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent period.

Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier or be deactivated, depending on your plan.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility: We offer refunds in specific cases, such as:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the core features of the Service, which our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges).

No-Refund Situations: As a SaaS product, we generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial use of a subscription month.
  • Change of mind after the cooling-off period (if applicable).
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described or available in the free trial.

3. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer's policies.

4. Method of Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or bank account.
