School Dost is a SaaS (Software as a Service) product. We do not ship physical products. All our services are delivered digitally via the internet. You can access the platform through our website or mobile application.
2. Delivery Timeline
Instant Access: For most self-serve plans, account activation is instant upon successful payment confirmation. You will receive a welcome email with login credentials immediately.
Enterprise/Custom Plans: For plans requiring custom setup or migration, services are typically activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation, or as per the timeline agreed upon in your service contract.
3. Confirmation
Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and instructions on how to access your account. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.
4. Support
